Late renewals are one of the most common reasons companies pay government fines, and they are easy to avoid if every date is written down in one place. These are the ones to track.
Company documents
Your trade licence is renewed every year with the economic department. Your establishment card is your company’s record with the immigration authority. Keep your chamber of commerce membership current where it applies, and your registered tenancy contract, since the licence renewal usually depends on it.
Employee documents
Each employee has a residence visa and an Emirates ID with their own expiry dates, plus a work permit and labour contract with MOHRE. Health insurance has to stay active for the visa to remain valid.
Put every expiry date in one calendar and set a reminder 30 days before each one.
Other dates worth tracking
Vehicle registrations, activity-specific approvals such as health or food permits, and any attested documents with an expiry date.
How we help
We record every expiry date for our clients’ companies and staff in our system and remind them well before each one is due. If a delay on our side causes a fine, our Fine-Free Guarantee covers it.
